Working exclusively in ink, Tony Hong aims to maximize the possibilities of such an unforgiving and seemingly limited medium. While he considers himself as a simple line maker, Tony is compelled to make the most of each line. This compulsion to work in such detail comes from his need to exhaust himself in order to attain any sense of personal relief.
