Print prices reflect the retail price and may change without notice.

All sales are final.


Customer Service
We are dedicated to providing quality customer service. Any claims of damages or errors must be reported within five business days. We do not accept returns without prior approval by an authorized company representative.

Upon approval you may ship the return back via an insured carrier to the following address:

Please note:
1. Shipping charges are non-refundable
2. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
3. Refunds and/or exchanges are not applicable to damaged returns
4. Make sure tube is packed carefully. Stuff tube so the print(s) do not shift
5. After the tube is packed securely, tape the ends with packing tape

A minimum service fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks due to insufficient funds.

Please do not accept or open a shipment with obvious external damage. Instruct the delivery person to return the package to us and contact us for a replacement.


Shipping
We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours. (Giclée orders ship within 7-10 business days) Orders are filled based on availability. Prints are subject to backorder or sellout status without notice.

Minimum shipping and handling charges are $10 and may change without notice. Orders are shipped UPS/Fed Ex Ground. You may request priority shipping for an additional fee.
